Beverlee Botanicals, all services & retail purchases are final.

Spa & Personal Care Services:

Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of spa services, all services are non-refundable. Results may vary based on individual skin conditions, lifestyle factors, & adherence to home care recommendations.


If you have any concerns about your experience, we kindly ask that they be communicated at the time of service so adjustments can be made whenever possible. Our goal is always to ensure you feel cared for, informed, & supported throughout your visit.

Retail Products:

For sanitary & safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on retail skincare or personal care products once they have left our skin care facility.

If a product is received damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of purchase, & we will gladly assist with a replacement where appropriate.

Any items sent back without prior authorization will be discarded & cannot be credited or returned.
